At Amex Sheet Metal, our commitment is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This policy outlines the details regarding order processing, shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines for both within California and Out of State.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed based on standard manufacturing lead time. Different orders have different standard times.

  • Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Within California Shipments:

    • Freight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3- 4 weeks.

  • Outside California Ship:

    • Freight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3- 4 weeks.

4. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and weight of products

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • Updates: You can check the status of your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Delayed Shipments: If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team with your order number. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Amex Sheet Metal is not responsible for delays or mis delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to update your details, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

8. Road Access

  • Location: Your delivery location must have road access for a 48-foot trailer. If you think road is inaccessible then please contact us.

  • Offloading: Some deliveries may require offloading at the site, so please plan accordingly.

Amex Sheet Metal reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
